The Unknown 

The year is 4023, you are working with your crew to setup a new satellite in space orbiting the unknown planet i the far reaches of the outer rim.

As you are nearly done a deadly solar flare is released from a nearby star xz52, which has enough radiation to kill you within seconds.

The captain tells all the personal working on the satellite to evacuate and head to the unknown planet in escape pods and a distress call is sent out to the fleet for a ship to pick them up.

During the evacuation, your escape pod gets damaged and crashes on the unknown planet.

When you wake up you have no clue where you are you hear on the radio that rescue ship is west of your position and you must get there before nightfall

As you get ready to leave you notice that your spacesuit has been damaged in the crash and your oxygen reserve is running out fast.

 

Your mission if you choose to accept is to navigate through the vicious unknown planet to get to the rescue ship before you suffocate and die.
